Indus Business School (IIEBM) in Pune is a leading name in India’s management education, which is known for providing industry-relevant training and, in turn, promoting the total growth of a student. Academic Programs and Curriculum
IIEBM’s flagship program is the two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). We have designed a wide and practical curriculum that also has a very strong job focus. In it, we put great stress on doing-based learning. Also included are a range of dual specializations, which students may choose from, including Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain Management. Also, we have a 45-day induction period at the start, we have a great deal of input from the corporate world, and also mandatory summer and winter internships, which help to close the gap between what is taught in the classroom and what is required in the professional world.
In addition to our PG and M, we also present a one-year post-graduate program in Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP-ERP) in association with SAP University Alliances. This specialized program is for students with a technical background who we equip with in-demand skills.
Accreditations and Rankings
Over the years, IIEBM has made it clear that it is a quality institution that also performs well in placement by national ranking agencies. In the 2025 ranking, the institute did very well.
Outlook Ranking: 58 out of 200 in the top MBA programs.

Campus Life and Placements
At IIEB, M, we have designed a well-rounded campus life. We have modern tech-enabled classrooms, a very well-stocked library which also has online access, and a state-of-the-art auditorium at your service. For health and wellness, we have a health center, a gym which also has a provision for various sports, a nd we have sports facilities for indoor and outdoor games. Hostel facilities, which are a must for first-year students, are equipped with Wi-F, and we see to it that they are in a clean and secure environment.
IIEBM is a school with a track record of excellent results in terms of our graduates’ employment, which we often report as a nearly full 100% placement rate for our PGDM students. In terms of what we see in the placement season, we had a top salary package of ₹30 LPA with a median of ₹10 LPA and an average of ₹7.5 LPA*. Also, we have a large scale of participation from employers at our campus, which annually sees over 300 recruiters who put out more than 800 job offers. We have a wide range of top recruiters from different sectors, which include IT/ITES, E-commerce, FMCG, and finance, with large players like Deloitte, ITC, and KPMG coming to hire from our campus.
