She grew up at times in other countries, which included the 5 years in Lagos, Nigeria, that, in turn, presented her with a range of cultures at an early age and formed her worldview.
After completion of schooling, she returned to India and enrolled in a Business Management program, at the same time, which also gave her a platform to pursue modelling.
Bhagyashri transitioned from modelling and ad work to the big screen, but one of the turning points of her career was her appearance in a very popular Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk commercial that brought her to the fore.

In 2025, our Kingdom is a spy action thriller with Vijay Deverakonda. This time out, she delivers what many consider to be her breakthrough role because of the scale of the project and its reach.
