As of 2025, Atthaphan Phunsawat, also known as “Gun,” is 31 years old. He was born on 4 October 1993 in Bangkok, Thailand. This marks the end of almost three and a half decades of his life and over two and a half decades in the entertainment business, which he entered as a child actor and is still growing in.

Gun has been growing a large television portfolio. He first broke into wide recognition via his roles in popular Thai series.

In 2018, the series The Gifted, in which he played Punn to great critical acclaim, also earned him awards for his performance, including Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the LINE TV and 24th Asian Television Awards.

In 2019’s Theory of Love, which he starred in, he played Third. Also in that film, which saw him pair on screen with co-star Jumpol Adulkittiporn Off they won out in the Best Couple category at the Maya Awards and the LINE TV Awards.

In 2021 – 2022, Not Me, which he took over and played Black/White, also displays his range in drama.

In 2025’s Leap Day (วันแก้ตาย), a mystery thriller in which he plays Ozone Anawin, an autistic child whom the main character cares for. The show was broadcast from April to June 2025 on GMM25 and Viu.

Atthaphan Phunsawat was born into a supportive family in Bangkok and, at a young age, developed a love for performance. He broke into the industry by winning the Boy Model Competition in 2003, which in turn secured him the lead role in the 2004 folklore drama Gomin. Also, at an early stage in his life, he enrolled in Business Administration at Bangkok University, but later changed to Political Science at Ramkhamhaeng University.

In 2009, Gun was very present in the film Slice, which got him nominations and acclaim for his portrayal of a troubled youth; also, that same year, he won Best Supporting Actor at the 7th Chalerm Thai Awards. In The Blue Hour (2015), which followed, his performance did not disappoint, and once again, he received nominations, which also served to display his range as an actor.

Puppy Honey (2016) and its sequel. That which paired with Jumpol “Off” Adulkittiporn went viral and, in turn, enabled hosting ventures and music releases of which “Too Cute To Handle” was a part.

Beyond the stage of acting, Gun also dived into entrepreneurship. He established the clothing brand GENTE and also became a co-owner of a fashion line, which he runs with actors Alice Tsoi and Nichaphat “Pearwah” Chatchaipholrat.
