Khushi Kapoor was born on the 5th of November 2000 in Mumbai, India which at the time of 2024 made her 24 years old. She is the youngest daughter of the great actress Sridevi and the talented film producer Boney Kapoor. Also very tragically at the age of 17 in 2018, Khushi lost her mother who passed away. Raised in a film-oriented home, she attended the distinguished Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai and later enrolled in the New York Film Academy for some of the best actor training at a time when the world of cinema was very present in daily life.

Khushi debuted in the film BFFs with Vogue (2019) where she featured alongside Janhvi Kapoor. In 2020, which marked her acting debut, was the short film Speak Up. In 2023 she starred as Betty Cooper in Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix production of The Archies. In 2025 she had her stage debut in Loveyapa which also saw her in Nadaaniyan which came out on Netflix the same year. Also that year GQ named her to the list of “35 Most Influential Young Indians”.

Khushi has had little to do with what is known of her private life but that is changed by: Aakash Mehta (rumoured in 2021) and Vedang Raina which was reported in 2023; we saw them together but Khushi broke it off on Koffee With Karan.
